Kapil meena, a fifth-grade student from a distant tribal village of Udaipur, Phalasia under Kherwada block participated in the painting competition of all India level held under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan on the ‘Swatchh Bharat’ theme.His neat and creative painting won the first place at the district level and later won at the state level.His painting was chosen among the top 3 paintings in the whole country but it was totally unexpected for Kapil and people associated with him that his visionary painting will fetch praise from PM. It came as an absolute surprise when PM Modi tweeted Kapil’s painting applauding his vision in making ‘Swatchh Bharat’.
